How long does it take my order to ship?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.  Keep in mind that if you ordered multiple products from various brands, items will arrive in separate boxes and likely on separate days.

How do I return my order?

Start by visiting our Returns Center. You will need to print a shipping label for each brand you are returning as each brand has a separate warehouse. Drop off the return at the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.

How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?

Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

How do I make an exchange?

Start by visiting our Returns Center. You will be able to choose your exchange online which will be shipped as soon as you drop off your item in the mail. If your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is scanned via the carrier, your original order will be refunded. Exchanged items are processed once the returning items are received—not any time beforehand.
